By creating an account, posting a review or a message, or subscribing to the newsletter on Bestunis.com, you agree that the site processes the personal data listed below for the purposes listed below. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Data and purposes
Name and email address: to identify you in the account and to contact you about it. Password hash: to let you sign in. Reviews, messages and the review country: to publish them on the site under your name. Newsletter email and language: to send the newsletter in your language.
What processing means
Collection, recording, storage, use for the stated purposes, display on the site where you chose to publish, and deletion. We do not profile users and do not make automated decisions about them.
Storage and protection
Data is stored on Vercel and Neon infrastructure. Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to the database is limited to the site operator.
Term and withdrawal
Consent is valid until you withdraw it. To withdraw, delete the account or write to privacy@bestunis.com; the data is removed within 30 days, except where the law requires keeping it longer. Published reviews and messages are removed together with the account.
Under 16
The site is written for students and their parents. If you are under 16, create an account and subscribe only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
